PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
What is a Pre-Order?
If one of our products is marked as a Pre-Order, it means we don't currently have the item with us, but we can get it here for you. The date of when the item will arrive will be a specified time frame from when you place the order (for example some brands take approximately 4 weeks to arrive in store after you've purchased). All Pre-Orders require full payment at the time of order.
When will I receive my order?
The time frame for your pre-order delivery varies for different brands. We specify the timeframe under each product description. Please read carefully so you are aware of our pre-order timeframe. These are all different so be sure to check each specific product! You may have to scroll down the page and look on the right hand side to find this information. Please note that the date of delivery is when the product will arrive to out HQ and any postage time frames are additional on top of that. When you order a product, we will place the order our supplier. It takes approximately four to six weeks for your order to be delivered to our store, after which time we will send it out to you.

Pre-ordering ensures that your selected size, color, or item is reserved just for you.
Pre-ordered items are paid upon checkout - this guarantees the item you want cannot be purchased by anyone else!
Pre-ordered items never see the sales floor - they are shipped to you as soon as they are received!
Refund is not possible unless we can't physically supply your order.
Pre order items will have an approximate arrival date that is not guaranteed.
Please be aware that if a pre order item/s are delayed it is out of our control. Causes for delay can be due to manufacturing or freight delays.
Pre orders arrive at different times and do not usually coincide.
Orders that included a pre order item/s will be sent out all together once pre order item/s have arrived. We recommend to purchase pre order items individually so there is not delay with your in stock items.
If you have made an order that includes a pre order item and you wish to have your in-stock item/s posted before the pre order item arrives, then please email info@possefie.com and we will send you an invoice for shipping that needs to be paid.
If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order/refund you. Thank you for understanding.
