SIZING

What size should I order?

We totally understand that all of our fabulous customers are different shapes and sizes, and sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you can't try anything on! We have created a sizing guide to help you decide which size would be best for you.

We also try to provide specific details about each product in the description, so don't forget to check there! If you still have questions about that tank top that you are obsessed, just let us know at info@possefie.com and we will try to provide any information you need to make your decision!

I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this information?

We know that every of our beautiful customers has her own unique shape and size - that’s what makes you all gorgeous! Please see our sizing guide for general information on the fit of our new arrivals. If you still have questions about a specific item or measurement guidelines, get in touch with us at info@possefie.com and we’ll help you out!

 

ORDERING

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our checkout process uses Shopify Payments or PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Shopify or PayPal. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and ATH Movil which adds another layer of protection. So all in, your order and your information is super secure! 

We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.

How do I apply a gift card code or a promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code".

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

Was I charged twice?

We know what a scary feeling that is! Luckily, your card should only be charged once when your order is submitted.

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling debit/credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 - 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card.

To make sure your card doesn’t accidentally get run twice, please only click the "Place Order" button once!

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?

If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!

My order won't go through. What should I do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the "Place Order" button once… we would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by mistake!

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and we are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

Where is my order confirmation?

YAY! You placed an order! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add info@possefie.com to your safe sender list.

 

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?

We offer standard shipping world-wide. The shipping price ranges from a flat-fee (for most print-on-demand products or if the product has a special sale) to FREE for non-sales event items.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our shipping times are us follows.

    • For the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska): you should receive your order within 2-4 weeks of placing it.
    • For everywhere else: you should receive your order within 3-6 weeks of placing it. The wide range is due to different policies of customs clearance in different countries. Most of our customers get their order within 4 weeks!

    We are a small, independent company so these are guidelines not hard and fast rules! Just contact us if you need an update estimated time of arrival for your order.

     

      AFTER ORDERING

      What is this store's exchange policy?

      FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 7 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

      Please note, any product which has intimate/health usage (Swimsuits, Earrings, Shape-wear, Exfoliators) are not covered due to hygiene concerns.

      We STRONGLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines outlines in the product description before purchasing.  

      What is this store's return policy?

      FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 7 day return policy. If you would like to return your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

      My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

      If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since you have placed your order, just email us with your order number at info@possefie.com and we will start checking it ASAP.

      What if something is wrong with my order?
